Acceptance of Terms

CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER: YOU AND WE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. YOU AND WE WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first using the Site by sending an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and your full name and address.
